Are you a professional vehicle disposal company?

Do I need to notify the DVLA that I am no longer the owner of the car?

No, we notify the DVLA that you have scrapped your vehicle (as long as the logbook is supplied with the car).

Can I claim back unused road tax?

Yes, you will need to get a v14 form from the post office or take a look at the DVLA website.

Do you only scrap cars?

No, we can easily take a wide variety of other vehicles for scrap as well.

From what areas can you tow away scrap cars?

We're able to collect scrap cars from anywhere in and around Bromley. If you have a scrap car located outside of Bromley, give us a ring to find out if we can help.

Who will tell the DVLA that my car has been scrapped?

This is not something you need to worry about as if you have supplied the correct logbook for the vehicle we will notify the DVLA that you car has been taken for scrap.

Shall I drain all the fuel and fluids that are in my scrap car?

This is entirely up to you; this is not necessary as we are more than happy to drain the fluids as this is actually part of the recycling process.

Can you tow away my car at the weekend?

As most people work weekdays and are not around due to work commitments we work 7 days a week. (We don’t have a weekend in this industry!)

What happens once my scrap car is towed away?

Your car is disposed of in the most environmentally friendly way possible. It goes through a strict process that we follow. We remove everything that can be recycled from the car before it is crushed.

How long before you come to collect my scrap car?

If the car is in or near Bromley then if need be we can usually be there within an hour.
